Trap and Sporting Clays

Trap Shooting at Lower Providence Rod and Gun Club is an exciting experience for both beginners and experienced shooters. LPR&GC offers 16 through 27 yard 5 station trap shooting, 16 yard doubles and Sporting clays. The trap field, located just outside the club house, overlooks a wooded area and has 4 voice activated oscillating trap houses which can be adjusted for fixed target shooting as well.

Sporting Clays at LPR&GC is a 5 station variation on the the popular sport. Targets include single over heads, double overheads, running rabbits and much more. This is shotgun sport that appeals to the hunter and trap shooter as well.

Young or old, experienced or not...come out and give it a try. There's always someone there to give you pointers or some help in recommending the right shotgun for you.

All new shooters should inform the front desk so that coaching may be provided. LPR&GC thrives on safety and every precaution is taken.
